Since 13 April, Immobiliare SL SA is now Specht & Lappe Real Estate. A new name, an act of clarity, not of change. We wanted our name to finally say who we are: people before agency. The team has grown, our ambitions are sharper, and we know the territory we serve better than ever.

For over 30 years we have been part of the Locarnese. Our main office remains in Muralto, the heart of our activity. And with Ascona, we take our presence on the lake one step further.

Our conviction stays the same: our real work is not selling properties. It is accompanying people through one of the most important decisions of their lives, with expertise, continuity, and the kind of care we would offer a close friend.
